High school students often accept heavy pressure as par for the course. But I did research. It's not normal. In "Causes and Mitigation to Excessive Self-Accusation of Shenzhen Senior Middle School Students," I found that certain sounds and touch feelings cause stress. To further investigate, I created an interface with a mood calendar and a destress sponge cake. Students could then gauge their stress levels with greater accuracy. On the interface design, I used yellow shades because the color is proven to reduce anxiety.
